Supporting education and sustainability through nature immersion and leadership development.
Growing Leaders
Every student has the potential to be a leader. Leadership rises in its purest form when it requires no position or title, only opportunity. We help students identify leadership potential in themselves, allowing them to naturally walk into it, taking initiative without fear of failure.
Training Teachers
Experiential learning gives teachers the tools to take charge of their own craft and practices in the classrooms. It provides a holistic approach to learning and a process for adaptation in an ever changing classroom environment.

Learning Stewardship
Children greatly benefit developmentally from being outdoors and engaging with nature. Outdoor education and environmental stewardship support emotional, behavioral and intellectual development. Studies have shown that students who learn outdoors develop: a sense of self, independence, confidence, creativity, decision-making and problem-solving skills, empathy towards others, motor skills, self-discipline and initiative.
Building Relationships
The connections that students feel to educators and school spaces is an important factor in efforts to close racial/ethnic and class-based performance and achievement gaps that persist in American schools.
Today’s students.
Tomorrow’s leaders.
We partner with public schools who serve 4th-8th grade in high-need communities.
the more you know
Research says nature works.
The more environmental variables you are exposed to, the more creative and inventive you become. Outdoor learning programs further a child’s overall education: improving lifelong learning skills, prospects for career success and school test scores. The research is clear.
